Compensation: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused professional to join our team as a Client Service Liaison. This role serves as a key connection between the Firm and our clients, helping ensure that client needs are met through effective communication, accurate data management, and meaningful reporting and analysis.

Position Summary
The Client Service Liaison is responsible for maintaining strong client relationships, supporting client-facing initiatives, managing and analyzing business data, and providing operational support to ensure an exceptional client experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining high levels of accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while ensuring compliance with client requirements, Firm standards, and applicable regulations.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and internal departments to facilitate communication and support client needs.
- Process, maintain, and update business data accurately and efficiently.
- Generate, analyze, and interpret reports to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
- Monitor and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members and cross-functional departments to support operational objectives and client expectations.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records within Firm systems.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and quality standards.
- Contribute to special projects and perform other related duties as assigned to support departmental and Firm objectives.

- One to two years of experience in a law firm, legal department, client services, administrative support, collections, financial services, or a related professional environment.
- Experience working with data management, reporting, inventory management, account maintenance, or client-facing responsibilities.
- Experience supporting clients in a service-oriented environment.
- Experience with Cogent or similar collections management software is preferred.
