Inventory Manager – Full-Time

Stillman Law Office is looking for a motivated and analytical Inventory Manager to join our team in Farmington Hills, MI.

What You’ll Do:

• Dive into reports and operational data to uncover trends, identify gaps, and support data-driven decisions

• Execute inventory plans that align with business goals and operational needs

• Understand process flows and their cause-and-effect relationships to solve root problems

• Spot inefficiencies and opportunities for performance improvement across systems and teams

• Maintain a top-down view while being able to drill deep into data and processes

• Lead change efforts and continuously improve workflows

What We’re Looking For:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in inventory management, operations, or a related field (preferred).
Skills: Strong Excel and reporting experience; familiarity with inventory systems or ERP platforms is a plus.
