Operations Excellence Team – Entry Level Positions

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Designing new and enhancing existing workflow driven business processes.
• Creating legal templates, with logic driven forms and tags.
• Analyzing automated job queries, reports, and data from our legal software.
• Overall facilitation of information management.
• Collaborating with other teams. Working closely within the Operations Excellence team to understand the requirements and specifications of operational workflow, court forms, and template letters.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Entry level SQL skills is a strong plus
• Excel in time management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and problem solving in a deadline-driven environment.
• Strong computer skills are a must.
• Strong communication skills and ability to interact with all levels of the organization.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.

Job Type: Full-time, onsite in Farmington Hills, MI

Pay: Starting at $15.00 - $17.00/ hour

Schedule:  8-hour shift, Monday to Friday

Background/Drug Testing:  Both a clear criminal background check and clean drug screen are required to be eligible for employment.
