Accounting Department Team Lead
Multi State Law Firm - desires to add team lead in the Accounting Department in our Farmington Hills, MI home office. Candidates will be self-motivated, professionally-minded individuals who work well in a fast paced, team-environment. Successful department representatives process large volumes of payables and receivables, generate client remittance reports, participate in multiple levels of reconciliations as well as completing document retrieval for client audits.
Candidates should have the following attributes:

Ability to multi-task and work in a high volume and deadline driven environment is essential.
Team driven environment with needs for individuals with exception individual performance.
Degree and/or Qualifications:
No Degree Required.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
High degree of accuracy for 10 key and data entry.
Ability to interact effectively with people at all organization levels.
Ability to problem solve.
