Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with clients in alignment with regulatory and compliance standards.
• Perform business data processing and maintenance tasks.
• Generate and analyze reports to provide meaningful insights and ensure client satisfaction.

Required Skills and Abilities:

• Ability to meet both individual and firm-wide goals.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Education and Experience:

• Associate's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a law firm or legal department is a plus.
• Familiarity with CMR or other database software for the collections industry is an advantage.
