We are a dynamic, multi‑state law firm headquartered in Farmington Hills, MI, seeking an experienced and service‑driven IT Manager to lead our onsite technology operations. This role is ideal for a hands‑on technical leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment, supports users with professionalism, and ensures firm-wide systems run smoothly and securely.

What You’ll Do:
- Oversee daily IT operations within the firm’s Farmington Hills office.
- Deploy, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, software, and related systems according to firm standards.
- Maintain accurate inventories of hardware, software, licenses, and registrations.
- Ensure system security, compliance, and timely upgrades across all devices.
- Troubleshoot advanced hardware, software, and operating system issues.
- Lead desktop imaging, scripting, and operating system deployment efforts.
- Support and manage IP telephony setups and installations.
- Provide basic oversight and support for networking technologies and server‑related tasks.
- Administer and maintain Active Directory accounts, permissions, and guidelines.
- Ensure strong communication and productive cross‑department relationships.
- Stay current with emerging technologies and implement modern, effective desktop solutions.
- Uphold existing IT policies while identifying opportunities to improve efficiency and service quality.

Skills & Experience:
- Extensive hardware and operating system troubleshooting experience
- Expertise in desktop imaging, scripting, and OS deployment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7 / 10
- Understanding of IP telephony setups
- Basic networking knowledge (LAN, switches, connectivity fundamentals)
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory and server environments
- Familiarity with standard desktop applications
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- No degree required

Schedule & Expectations:
- Full-time, 8-hour shifts (Monday–Friday)
- Occasional evening or weekend hours may be required
- Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Farmington Hills, MI before starting work
