Key Responsibilities
- Review internal processes and documentation for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain quality control standards across multiple workflow areas
- Identify errors, discrepancies, or compliance concerns and report findings to management
- Assist in implementing process improvements
- Monitor phone calls for compliance accuracy and adherence to legal and procedural requirements
- Work under deadlines to ensure timely and accurate review of work products

- Ability to commute to our Farmington Hills office (this is an on‑site position)
